With two fresh classes added every week, this current library of around on hundred 75 minute classes is made up of three wonderful types of Yoga classes for all levels.

Below is a sample Align to Ease class.

This is a class that begins with strong, core strengthening poses to build heat (‘tapas’), you’ll then be lead through a series of cooling restorative poses followed by a simple levels of Viloma pranayama to set you up for a wonderful Savasana.

  1. Align to Ease classes are made up of either a slow, alignment based Vinyasa or a Hatha sequence followed by super relaxing restorative poses to soothe and ease the body, mind and spirit.

  2. The Yin Yang classes start with either a Vinyasa or Hatha sequence to wake and warm you up lasting for around half the class. We then move to stillness with longer held Yin poses. These floor poses lengthen deeper, connective tissues and open up joints around the lower back, hips and legs in a cooler, more meditative practice which builds deep, long lasting flexibility.

  3. Align to Flow: A fun class in which I lead you through balanced alignment of poses, and transitions between poses, which we then put together in a fluid sequence and link together in a flow.
