Please note we having only 2 classes in January as I’m having a shoulder operation on 16th January. Depending on how it goes, I hope to be back teaching by early to mid February and will let you know as soon as I know.

MONDAY 10.30 - 11.45AM UK ALIGN TO EASE

This is a slow paced, alignment based Yoga class where you will learn poses with variations and modifications, offered for the less experienced to more advanced, to choose according to your experience. The final 15 minutes of the class will usually (but not always) focus on meditation or restorative poses.

SATURDAY 7.30- 8.45AM UK Yin Yang Yoga

This is a fabulous class to set you up for a great weekend!
Around half this class is a combination of Hatha and Alignment based flow to build up heat and strength in the body. The second half focuses on the cooler, more meditative practice of Yin Yoga. Here you hold passive floor poses for up to 5 minutes, opening the deeper, tougher connective tissues of your body. A perfect balance of action and stillness.

I encourage you to register month by month to keep your practice consistent. However, if you’re only able to join me for the odd class, use the one class link, then please email me and let me know which class you’d like to join and I’ll send you the Zoom link. info@sarahbyoga.net
