From the 22nd June our Monday and Thursday 9.30am classes are back at Balanced Living, 779 Bukit Timah Rd, next to the 6th avenue MRT station.
*Our Thursday 4pm and Saturday 9.30am classes remain online for now.
How to book
My in person classes at Balanced Living start back on 22nd June with our Monday and Thursday morning classes capped at 9 people per class.
*Please note if you have already bought a block for online classes in June, that will carry over to in person classes with no extra charge.

MONDAY 9.30am (GMT+7)
9.30-10.45am Slow Align Flow. Mixed Levels at Balanced Living
This is a slow alignment based Vinyasa Yoga class where you will be
guided to move in harmony with your breath in a dynamic fun and continuous practice.
I teach poses with variations and modifications for less experienced to more advanced students. This practice brings an even balance between flexibly,
strength and stamina into the body, breath, mind and spirit.
Expect to move in a steady continuous way, sweat and have fun!
Prices: $32 per class.
Class cards are $270 for 10 ( Valid for 12 weeks) or $145 for 5 (6 weeks) valid for ALL my classes at Balanced Living.

THURSDAY 9.30am (GMT+7)
9.30am-10.45 ALIGN IN THE MORNING for all levels at Balanced Living from June 25th.
An excellent class to help you get a deep understanding of the basics of Yoga whilst moving towards a more intermediate practice.
In these weekly classes you will learn of the form of essential poses and simple meditation and pranayama techniques. The teachings of the art, science, poetry and philosophy of Yoga are also be woven into classes in a practical, fun way We stick mainly to level one poses in this class but more advanced
Yogis and athletes will be challenged with options to take things further.
Prices: $32 per class.

4pm-5.15 ALIGN IN THE AFTERNOON for all levels. ONLINE
Very similar to the Thursday morning class but with a calmer more soothing emphasis, this is an excellent class to help you get a deep understanding of the basics of Yoga whilst moving towards a more intermediate practice.
In these weekly classes you will learn of the form of essential poses and simple meditation and pranayama techniques. The teachings of the art, science, poetry and philosophy of Yoga are also be woven into classes in a practical, fun way
We stick mainly to level one poses in this class but more advanced
Yogis and athletes will be challenged with options to take things further.
If you’re unable to come live to the online classes, register as usual and I’ll send you the recording to do the class at a time that suits you.
SATURDAY 9.30am (GMT+7)
9.30-10.45 am Yin/Yang. Mixed Levels.
This is a fabulous class to set you up for a good weekend!
Half this class is a combination of Hatha and Alignment based Flow to build up heat and strength in the body.
The second half focuses in on the cooler, more meditative practice of Yin Yoga. Here you hold passive floor poses for up to 5 minutes,
opening the deeper, tougher connective tissues of your body.
Yin Yoga encourages deep flexibility opening up the dry, relatively tough connective tissues and fascia, particularly around the lower back, hips and legs. Yin Yoga also opens up the nadis (energy channels) enabling a smoother flow of prana (energy) around the entire body uplifting your body, mind and spirit.
If you’re unable to come live to the online classes, register as usual and I’ll send you the recording to do the class at a time that suits you.
All classes are 75 minutes long and I add on time at the end if you’d like to stay for chat or ask questions.
All ONLINE single classes are SG$25 each. In person at Balanced Living prices are $32 per class or I offer packages. You can pay me in person at Balanced Living.
