Classes open to the public are held at Balanced Living  779 Bukit Timah Rd, directly opposite the 6th avenue MRT station on the blue Downtown line.

I was living in Singapore and searching for a full year to find a yoga class that I loved before I very, fortunately, found Sarah and her classes at Balanced Living.
I regularly attend Hatha and Flow classes and the occasional yin/yang if I can make it. I look forward to each class. Sarah has chosen a lovely space for the classes and there is a very positive energy within the space from Sarah herself and the group (I struggled to find this at other Singapore studios that felt very sterile and factory-like).
The lessons are well planned and thought out, often with themes and we build on skills each week often up to a challenge to master something new. Sarah is very good a picking up on the different levels of her yogis and helps to offer variances for poses, understanding that everybody is different and even each day is different for your own body. Sarah also focuses on the mind-body connection, incorporates meditative and breathing exercises and shares experiences from her own journey as a yogi. I particularly enjoy the pieces of poetry or stories Sarah shares with us and I always leave her class with a new perspective or a valuable reminder.
