Online, September Yoga Classes

All classes are 75 minutes long.
Exisiting students, please note that once all class cards are used up we’ll be shifting to a month by month registration system.

MONDAY 10.30AM UK.
ALIGN TO EASE

This is a slow paced, alignment based Yoga class where you will learn poses with variations and modifications offered for the less experienced to more advanced to choose according to your experience. The final 15 minutes of the class will usually (but not always) focus on meditation or restorative poses.

I’m afraid we’re getting off to a stilted start in September as I’m away from the 14th to the 26th.
We therefore have just two weeks of classes in September, on the 4th and 11th.
We’ll be back into the flow of things from October

SATURDAY 7.30AM UK
YIN YANG

This is a fabulous class to set you up for a great weekend!
Around half this class is a combination of Hatha and Alignment based flow to build up heat and strength in the body. The second half focuses on the cooler, more meditative practice of Yin Yoga. Here you hold passive floor poses for up to 5 minutes, opening the deeper, tougher connective tissues of your body. A perfect balance of action and stillness.

As I’m away in the middle of September, classes for this month are on the 9th and 30th.
