An Online Mini Retreat
4pm-6pm, Friday 26th June

This is an Online Retreat to nurture self reliance, calm, feelings of space and levity.
Bring Ease and Space into your Body, Mind and Spirit with full guidance and interaction from a great Yoga teacher.

Yet another wonderful mini-retreat with Sarah! My teenage daughter and I found this to be the perfect antidote to jet lag - stretching, opening up, getting the flow and circulation going, peppered with perfectly timed, more restful periods and fascinating insight into Goddess Kali. My daughter in particular loved the “walk with her future self”! I loved the short guided focus at the end, and we both agreed the whole retreat was over too quickly!

So often we’re looking for ways to heal, to bring ease and space into our lives and deal better with stress.
In this online retreat I will guide you to find clarity and give you the support needed to bring a little more ease into your life.

Our retreat will include

2 wonderful Yoga sequences. One to relax and restore (Ease) the other a stronger align Hatha sequence (Space) both with options for all levels designed to gently strengthen, open and lengthen your body into bliss.
Guided meditations and visualisations to nurture strength and inner support.
Teachings and an inspiring story from the Goddess Kali, the transformational and liberating force of grace and freedom. Kali is a fiery, independent goddess, particularly good at guiding us find ease and space in difficult times.  She’s also a fun, powerful source for stories and teachings on how to see the big picture and get rid of unwanted baggage. 
Practical techniques to create space and peace within and reduce the impact of stress in your daily life.

A wonderful poem or two.

A lot of love and even some moments of lighthearted fun!

This online mini retreat is designed to work with your schedule as a parent, employee or family member.
If you can't make it live, the recording will be sent to you to do whenever you choose.

Also, I’ll be adding on a good 15 minutes at the end if you’d like to stay to ask questions and chat.

We’ll start at 4pm Singapore/ Hong Kong time but this is open to you regardless of where you live.
Join us from UK 9am, Western Europe 10am, Dubai 12pm, Sydney 6pm or from anywhere if your time zone suits.

You will need
A Yoga mat, a nice tea or some water, 2 thick towels (or blankets) a little wall space and a some time for yourself.

The retreat registration is SG$45 automatically converted to your currency at checkout.
Once you have registered, the Zoom link and password will be automatically and immediately be sent to you.

About Sarah

Sarah fell in love with Yoga over 30 years ago. She has done thousands of hours of teacher training and is registered at the highest level with Yoga Alliance US (E-RYT 500). She is an internationally recognised and respected workshop and retreat leader. Sarah is currently teaching classes, workshops and retreats for all online, via Zoom and YouTube.
Sarah’s hope is to guide people to cultivate more awareness and calm. To guide people to enjoy their creativity and ignite a spark for living life with a clear purpose and poetry.

Today’s Grit and Grace workshop was amazing. It was really a ‘mini-retreat’ and so thoughtfully prepared to combine yoga sequences, meditation and mindfulness practices. Wonderful! I can’t wait till the next one 💕
