Agility and Mobility Through Yoga

A one hour pop up class at The Pump House, Garnier rd, Winchester
10am, Friday, 9th December, 2022

With a light-hearted, play and experiment emphasis, this Friday morning Yoga class is for people who consider themselves to be ‘not very good at Yoga’.
Nervous newbie men new to Yoga are especially welcome.

Are you quite new to Yoga or do you consider yourself to be too tight to join a studio class?
Or do you have a regular practice but fancy setting up a lovely Friday and weekend, pulling apart pose fundamentals and perhaps deepening your Yoga knowledge?

Come and enjoy a great yoga class with poses sequenced to help you walk taller, stand stronger and feel better mobility in your hips and shoulders.

The Pump House Studio space

We’ll be emphasising back strength, spine mobility and hip flexibility to unwind tightness that comes from sport, sitting and plain living and ageing.

I’ll be offering easier options in tricky poses and harder options in easier poses.
So there will be plenty of modifications for all levels.

Please bring your own Yoga mat.
