I offer a variety of yoga classes, for beginners to advanced. Vinyasa flow, meditation, hatha and yin, all from 10 to 60 minutes long. There are even some fun 20 minute kids yoga classes and guidance for yoga teachers. Always clear and concise, I offer simple to more advanced options in most poses to give you choices, according to your body and energy levels.
