Day one is a 20 minute class on Stamina and Balance.
In this 20 minute class you'll be guided through the details of Bharadvajasana 2, a beautiful seated twist with an interesting half lotus element.

Yoga poses for footballers can also gain a competitive edge through Yoga through developing better balance, range of motion, agility and poise.
Here's a gentle back bending sequence to open up and lengthen the front body to uplift your zing and energy levels. These poses focus particularly on the psoas and quad muscle group, muscles which are often very tight. So lengthen your front body to ease your back and lift up your day!
Open your hips and Balance Strong
Outward opening of the hips in Tree (Vrksasana), Side Plank (Vasisthasana) and Extended hand to big toe (Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana).
